多标准共享交织器和宽带频谱感知技术研究

在无线通信领域针对宽带压缩频谱感知和多标准交织器的共享设计做出了一些研究结果。首先，重点针对宽带稀疏信号先验信息的挖掘、支撑集重构精度和信号可重构频带数的提高方法、压缩采样设备硬件复杂度的降低策略、感知和中继信道的建模、以及频谱感知安全性等问题提出了相应的解决方案，并在研究中取得了一系列的研究结果。其次，交织器模块在降低误码率和提高衰减信道的传输效率方面起着重要作用。针对5G NR，提出了一种基于LDPC和Polar码的信道交织器的硬件复用方案。推导出了控制信道交织和数据信道交织的非冲突、可并行的地址寻址公式，给出了交织器的硬件实现共享结构，实现了硬件重用。随后，进一步研究了4G、5G中turbo、卷积、polar和LDPC编码的交织和速率匹配。对于这四种不同的标准，优化了地址映射公式，提出了交织存储共享和模块共享方法，给出了共享模块的结构设计，通过实验证明了算法的可行性。并在一定程度上实现了4G和5G通信链路的硬件复用。

复杂背景下的目标检测，超密集环境下的精准实例分割及特征测量

在机器学习和智慧农业交叉领域做出了较为系统性的工作。主要解决了复杂背景下的多目标检测和跟踪，密集环境下的精准实例分割及特征测量；针对时序型数据的短、长期智能预测，物联网平台和软件系统构建等。以智慧农业的工作为例说明如下：

  1. 智慧水产养殖工作：首先构建了一套长短期水质预测算法模型，首次提出了考虑相关性的深度学习预测方法；其次建立了一套水下鱼体行为检测和预警模型；最后构建了一套完整的水下鱼体行为检测和跟踪、水质监测和预测物联网智慧平台。以上的工作在海南陵水新村港得到了应用示范，取得了较好的成效。
  2. 针对鱼体性状分析开展了一些列的工作，包括： (1) 分别基于传统的计算机视觉方法、机器学习方法和基于深度学习的分类和关键点回归方法设计了一些列的算法和模型； (2) 开发了可实用的软件系统一套，和智能测量装置一套。以上的工作在经济生产活动中进行了应用示范。
  3. 在遥感图像的目标检测、密度估计及小目标检测方面做出了一些研究结果。
  4. 农业病虫害智能监控工作： 在研究计算机视觉算法和模型的基础上，针对病虫和病害的智能分割与检测识别取得了一些进展。首先，构建了病虫的智能分割与检测模型；其次，构建了病害孢子的智能检测方法；最后，基于这些模型和方法研制了一套可自主建图和导航的病虫害智能检测机器小车。
