复杂背景下的目标检测和跟踪,目标再识别,超密集环境下的精准实例分割及特征测量

在机器学习和智慧农业交叉领域做出了较为系统性的工作。主要解决了复杂背景下的多目标检测和跟踪,密集环境下的精准实例分割及特征测量;针对时序型数据的短、长期智能预测,物联网平台和软件系统构建等。以智慧农业的工作为例说明如下:

  1. 智慧水产养殖工作:首先构建了一套长短期水质预测算法模型,首次提出了考虑相关性的深度学习预测方法;其次建立了一套水下鱼体行为检测和预警模型;最后构建了一套完整的水下鱼体行为检测和跟踪、水质监测和预测物联网智慧平台。以上的工作在海南陵水新村港得到了应用示范,取得了较好的成效。
  2. 针对鱼体性状分析开展了一些列的工作,包括:
    1. 分别基于传统的计算机视觉方法、机器学习方法和基于深度学习的分类和关键点回归方法设计了一些列的算法和模型;
    2. 开发了可实用的软件系统一套,和智能测量装置一套。以上的工作在经济生产活动中进行了应用示范。
  3. 在遥感图像的目标检测、密度估计及小目标检测方面做出了一些研究结果。
  4. 农业病虫害智能监控工作: 在研究计算机视觉算法和模型的基础上,针对病虫和病害的智能分割与检测识别取得了一些进展。首先,构建了病虫的智能分割与检测模型;其次,构建了病害孢子的智能检测方法;最后,基于这些模型和方法研制了一套可自主建图和导航的病虫害智能检测机器小车。
