Brief Bio (简介)

Zhuhua Hu is a professor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Hainan University since 2020. I am an IEEE Senior Member and CCF Senior Member. I am currently a high-level talent in Hainan Province. I acted as the Reviewer for IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Applied Artificial Intelligence, IEEE ACCESS, Sensors, High Technology Letters, Physical Communication, Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing, AEU - International Journal of Electronics and Communications, International Journal of Electronic, ECOLOGICAL MODELLING, Fishery Modernization.
Previously, I received the BEng degree from the Jilin University in 2002, the MEng degree from the Jilin University in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree from the Hainan University in 2019. I was a software engineer at Ningbo BIRD Research Institute of China from 2005 to 2006. I was a software engineer at Nanjing Research Institute of ZTE from 2006 to 2007. I was a minister of the software department at Shanghai Aoxun Information Technology Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2009.
My current research interests include artificial intelligence, signal and information processing.
My major engineering application areas include computer vision and image processing, intelligent robotics applications, Internet of Things and smart agriculture, marine information sensing and processing, mobile communications.

胡祝华，男，获吉林大学学士和硕士学位，海南大学博士学位。现为海南大学信息与通信工程学院教授，博士/硕士生导师，海南省高层次人才，IEEE高级会员，CCF高级会员，中国人工智能学会会员，海南大学数理与信息科学学位评定分委员会委员，国家自然科学基金评审专家库专家，教育部学位中心研究生论文评审专家，海南省科技评审与咨询专家，海南省科技奖励评审专家，多个国际会议及SCI/EI刊物评审专家。主要研究方向：人工智能、信号与信息处理；主要工程应用领域：计算机视觉与图像处理、海洋信息智能分析与处理。在大型企业有4年多的研发经历，目前主持及参与国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金、省部厅级等课题20余项，发表高水平学术论文70余篇，出版著作4部（含一部国外著作章节），申请专利22项（已授权7项），登记软件著作权22项。获海南省科技进步奖一等奖1项，海南省教学成果奖一等奖1项；参与教研教改项目3项，出版“十二五”、“十三五”规划教材3部；获2018年海南大学“优秀教师”称号，2019年海南省高等学校“人工智能领域”科学研究优秀指导老师奖；指导学生获得国家级、省部级各类竞赛奖项10多项。先后在2012-2013学年和2016-2017学年，2021自然年度3次考核评为校级优秀。担任ICCDE 2023大会主席，ICMLS C2022国际学术会议程序委员会主席、ITAS 2022国际学术会议程序委员会主席。
